Returns & Refunds
At Karangi Christmas Trees, we want you to be happy with your tree and enjoy a magical Christmas with your family!
Because our products are living trees, each one is unique and may vary slightly in shape, size, and colour. While we do our best to show accurate images and descriptions, your tree may differ slightly. By purchasing, you acknowledge these natural variations.
We do not accept returns for change of mind once a tree has been purchased and taken home.
If you believe your tree is not healthy or has been supplied in poor condition, please contact us via email within 24 hours of collection, with clear photos of the issue so we can review it.
Returns or refunds will only be granted under exceptional circumstances. If your tree is indeed found to be faulty on review by us, we will happily offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the faulty tree must be returned to our farm within 24 hours. The tree must be in the same condition you received it and in the same pot for potted trees.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for refunds to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be made in the form of pre-orders through our website or in person at our farm on our open days.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup date.
Collection of Trees
Customers are responsible for collecting their tree on the agreed date and within operating hours.
Orders not collected within the designated time frame will be forfeited without refund. Trees are not held beyond the agreed pick-up window.
Once a tree has been collected, care is the customer’s responsibility.
Care & Responsibility
We provide care instructions for both potted and cut trees. Once in your possession, the health and longevity of your tree depends on proper care (watering, placement, etc.).
We are not responsible for issues that arise from neglect or failure to follow care guidelines.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karangi Christmas Trees is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely to process orders and improve our service.
