FAQs
What types of Christmas trees do you sell?
We sell both fresh cut Christmas trees (Radiata Pine and Douglas Fir) in a range of sizes and potted Christmas trees (Radiata Pine, Norway Spruce and Colorado Blue Spruce).
What is the difference between potted and fresh cut trees?
Potted trees are living trees in soil that can be reused year after year, making them a sustainable choice. Our fresh cut trees are harvested from the Blue Mountains and bring the traditional fragrance and look of Christmas into your home.
Where are your trees grown and sourced from?
Our potted trees are grown locally in Karangi, NSW. Our fresh cut trees are carefully sourced from trusted growers in the Blue Mountains, NSW.
How do I choose the right size tree for my home?
Measure your ceiling height, leaving at least 20-30cm at the top for your tree topper. A 5-6ft tree is perfect for smaller spaces, while 7-8ft trees are ideal for larger rooms or high ceilings.
When should I order my Christmas tree?
We recommend ordering as early as possible to secure your preferred size and variety. Pickups are available on select dates. Details will be provided at checkout.
Can I pick up my tree in person?
Yes, we currently only offer in-person pickups directly from our farm at Karangi on select dates. Details will be provided at checkout.
Do you remove or recycle trees after Christmas?
At this stage, we don’t offer collection of cut trees after Christmas. We recommend composting, mulching or using local green waste services to recycle your fresh cut tree.
With our potted trees, you won’t have this problem as they are living trees that can be re-used year after year!
How do I care for a fresh cut Christmas tree?
Place your tree in a stand that holds water and keep the reservoir topped up daily. Avoid placing it near heaters, fireplaces or direct sunlight to keep it fresh longer.
How long will a fresh cut tree last?
With proper care, fresh cut trees generally last 3-4 weeks indoors while staying green and fragrant.
How do I care for a potted Christmas tree indoors?
Place your potted tree in a bright, cool location away from direct heat sources. Water regularly so the soil stays moist but not soggy.
Can I replant my potted Christmas tree after Christmas?
Yes! Potted trees can be replanted in your garden or kept in the pot for use year after year. Just make sure they’re well-watered and acclimatized to outdoor conditions.
Do I need a stand for my tree?
Fresh cut trees require a stand to keep them upright and watered. Potted trees come with their pot, so they’re ready to stand as they are.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
Yes, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations can only be made before your tree has been prepared for pickup.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the perishable nature of Christmas trees, we are unable to offer refunds once your tree has been collected. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
